About M&E Cost Segregation

M&E Cost Segregation was formed to provide industry leading engineering based cost segregation studies nationwide. While we started with a primary focus in cost segregation, our services have expanded to include Asset Retirement Studies and S179D Certifications in order to further meet the needs of our CPA’s and Clients who own commercial and residential rental properties.

We continue to innovate and strive to stay ahead of the competition by using the latest technology in order to increase our efficiency and the accuracy of our studies. You can count on us to continue providing the most detailed studies available today and into the future.

Our increased efficiency translates into additional cost savings for you. As your tax savings partner, we are committed to helping you maintain your competitive edge and boost your bottom line.

All of our final reports contain all of the necessary detail and supporting work papers to stand on their own. However, in the event of an IRS audit and/or if any questions are raised, we will defend our studies at no additional cost.

Our Cost Segregation and Asset Retirement Experts

The backbone of our company is our outstanding Engineering team that is made up of Architects, Construction Specialists, Engineers, and Cost Segregation Specialists. This group of individuals each bring their own unique talents and experiences to the team to create the most savings through engineering based cost segregation.

Our experts are all employees. That is very important to us and should be to you too. Each employee is highly trained so that we have consistency within our studies and ensures it is done right, the first time.

There isn’t much our group has not seen, at one time or another they have worked with every conceivable property type and understand their unique differences.

Many of our top level specialists are members of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals (ASCSP). The ASCSP was created to provide oversight on an industry that previously had none. As members, our employees attend annual conferences to further educate themselves on the rules, regulations, and changes that occur in our industry annually. The continuing education is presented by IRS agents and other experts, who explain the trends in the industry, cover recent developments such as court cases, and discuss new requirements and regulations that we must be aware of.

This talented group of individuals work together to ensure that we continue to provide you with the best and most detailed cost segregation and asset retirement studies in the industry.

Mission:

The mission of M&E Cost Segregation is to provide you with the most accurate and detailed studies available and to provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the engineering process, all at a reasonable price that is competitive within our industry.
